Choose **Book a Session**, select the service that feels right for you, and then choose an available date and time. Once you submit your booking request, you'll receive a confirmation email with your appointment details and a link to pay your **non-refundable deposit**. The deposit must be paid within **24 hours** of your appointment being confirmed. If the deposit is not received within that time frame, your appointment will be automatically canceled.

All deposits are non-refundable and are required to secure your appointment. Your deposit may be transferred to one new appointment date one time only, as long as the rescheduling is made within the allowed timeframe (48 hours prior your appointment). After the deposit has been transferred once, any additional cancellation or rescheduling will require a new deposit to book another appointment.

At Shape by Xi, your health and safety are the top priority. Shape by Xi does not perform services on clients with greenies (nail discoloration or possible infection), compromised nail health, diabetic nails, or any other medical condition that may affect the safety of the service. If a condition is observed during your appointment, Shape by Xi reserves the right to refuse service and recommend that you seek care from a qualified medical provider. This policy is in place to protect the health and well-being of both the client and the nail technician.

Yes. Shape by Xi understands that illnesses and unexpected situations can happen at the last minute. If you are feeling sick, please contact us as soon as possible. As a courtesy, Shape by Xi allows a one-time reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice without forfeiting your deposit. We appreciate your consideration in helping keep everyone safe, especially since our studio is home-based. Any additional last-minute cancellations or reschedule requests may result in the loss of your deposit and require a new deposit to book a future appointment.

Shape by Xi offers complimentary nail repairs within 4 days of your appointment for issues related to the service provided. Repairs requested after 4 days may be subject to a repair fee. If your set is more than 2 weeks old, repairs can usually still be performed for an additional charge; however, depending on the condition of the nails and the extent of the damage, a new set may be required instead. Please contact Shape by Xi as soon as possible if you experience any issues with your nails so we can determine the best solution.

Shape by Xi accepts exact cash, Zelle, and debit/card payments. Please note that debit and credit card payments are processed through our booking platform and are subject to a 3.6% processing fee, which is added by the payment provider at checkout. Accepted payment options and payment instructions will be provided at the time of booking & at check out.

Shape by Xi may require a removal and new set depending on the condition of the nails, the product used, and the overall integrity of the enhancement. At this time, Shape by Xi does not offer traditional fills. Our services focus on builder gel, which requires approximately 90% of the existing product to be removed during maintenance appointments. This process allows us to properly assess the health of the natural nail and helps prevent future lifting, product breakdown, and retention issues.
